Eden Rosa-Ree Moore

January 1, 2019 – July 28, 2019

Eden Rosa-Ree Moore was born on January 1, 2019 to Tavon and Daisha Moore with all odds against her, but God!!! Her mantle scripture was Jeremiah 30:17, “But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the Lord, because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares” (NIV).

From day one Eden made it clear that she was a fighter and she wanted to live, but God had a different plan for her.

Eden took her leave early on Sunday, July 28, 2019 with both of her parents there to bid her farewell and allowed her return to the Father.  Those who had a chance to know her loved her and enjoyed all of her peaks and valleys while she was here.

Eden 0ften responded well to any man who entered the room including her brother Elisha and cousin Gabriel.  She will be indeed missed, but now she is having fun in her eternal rest now!

Whenever we see a butterfly, we know that it is you Eden coming to see about us.  Eden leaves behind to live and not to mourn her parents and brother along with a large host of family to carry on without her.

Now a final word from the two who you knew her better than anyone and that is your very own Mommy and Daddy:

From the very moment we knew you existed you were loved.  Mommy and daddy were told at every appointment that we wouldn’t get to meet you in this world, but they were wrong.  You were such a fighter and we knew it.  Eden we are so grateful God brought you into our lives.  You have truly changed us both for the better.  You taught mommy and Daddy what it means to be strong.  Even when you were uncomfortable, you seemed to push through the pain and thrive.  You taught us what it means to endure until the end.

In your six months and twenty-eight days, you showed more determination than many experience in their entire lifetime.  We will miss that about you.  You made family, friends, and nurses fall in love with your little feisty self.

You taught us all to enjoy the little things in life and treasure every moment as if it were the last.  For we know not the day nor the hour when the Lord wants to call us home. We are so proud of how hard you fought and how much you wanted to stay with us.  God saw you were tired and called you home.

Your mommy, daddy, and Elisha are still trying to process that you aren’t here anymore.  Though we are sad that you are no longer physically here we are grateful for the memories.  We will always treasure our snuggle times, your beautiful smiles, and your sweet kisses.  We know you are enjoying yourself up there in heaven.  Receiving lots of love and getting the hang of your new set of wings.  We bet you are just as spoiled up there as you were down here.  Try not to be too much of a diva up there.

Thank you for waiting for us.  We love you, we miss you, and we know we will see you again.
